As we recently launched our new store, it got tattoo artist and Inkluded blogger Kat Winifred thinking about what else you can buy from tattooists (other than epic tattoos of course)…
As always, I’ve had lots of fun this week looking at what amazing things you can buy on the world wide web! From pocket mirrors and prints to temporary tattoos and colouring books… here are my top ten picks of quirky and original items you can by from tattoo artists.
Dead Sexy Coffin Woodcut created by Long Fox duo Barbie Lowenberg and Iain Seller. Wood is a raw and organic canvas which creates a awesome background for this piece of art.
Next up we have La Voisin – Fly Beanie by Rafel because… well, who doesn’t love a good beanie?
I have one of these. It’s a Limited Edition A4 Print by Daryl Watson from Stag & Raven. It jumped out at me because of it’s colours… I love the pinks!
I would love to rock these Mystical Black Leggings by Grace Neutral for Motel, mainly because the print is hypnotic and I’m a big fan of sacred geometry.
The Unicorn Temporary Tattoo by Sasha Unisex stood out for me. It’s such cool idea to get temporary body art from artists you love because you might not be able to be able to get tattooed by them for travel reasons.
Next we have a Pocket Mirror by Keely Rutherford which is ideal if you are like me, a doughnut lover and need a mirror in your bag for reapplying your lipstick after eating said doughnut.
The Stainless Steel Hip Flask designed by Saira Hunan is crafted by hand by skilled leatherworkers, and collaborations like these are increasingly common between tattoo artists and other industries nowadays.
Everyone can find a use for a bag, and the Claudia De Sabe Tote is perfect. I love that the tote comes in black compared to the usual beige canvas fabrics.
One of my favourite products has to be JR The Whale by Deno because it’s a toy, and I am a big kid! It’s a unique product as you don’t normally see tattoo artists creating toys.
Lastly, everyone loves a colouring book and this Colouring Club Adult Colouring Book by Nikole Lowe is no exception. Colouring is good for mindfulness, so why not combine your love for tattoos with peace of mind.
Our online store is now closed. We have very few items left in stock and these are being sold through Stag & Raven.
